Simon is an experienced business leader working across IT, media and government sectors. Simon has been recognised as a tech leader and been appointed by governments to sit on advisory bodies including: procurement, digital health, cyber security, AI, privacy and data and skills.

Simon is the current CEO of Australia’s largest and longest running tech association, The Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA).

Prior to the AIIA, Simon ran his own successful business advisory practice for 20 years advising some of the world’s largest tech companies on how to grow their government business winning major procurements worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
