Erik Prusch

CEO, ISACA

Prior to joining ISACA, Prusch served as CEO of Outerwall, Lumension, NetMotion Wireless, Clearwire and Borland Software Corporation. He has been a board member for RealNetworks, WASH, Calero Software and Keynote Systems. Previously in his career, Prusch served as chief financial officer for a number of public companies, such as Identix and Borland, and for divisions of public companies, such as Gateway Computers and PepsiCo. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche (then Touche Ross). Prusch holds a Bachelor’s degree from Yale University and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Jon Brandt

Director of Professional Practices and Innovation, ISACA

Jonathan Brandt, CISM, CDPSE, CCISO, CISSP, CySA+, CPI, PMP, is Director of Professional Practices and Innovation, ISACA. In this role, he contributes thought leadership by generating ideas and deliverables relevant to ISACA’s constituents. He serves ISACA® departments as a subject matter expert on information security projects and leads author management teams whenever external resources are necessary. Brandt is a highly accomplished US Navy veteran with more than 25 years of experience spanning multidisciplinary security, cyberoperations and technical workforce development. Prior to joining ISACA, Brandt was a project manager for classified critical infrastructure projects across the globe.

Jenai Marinkovic

Jenai Marinkovic is a multidisciplinary technologist and strategist with 20 years of experience in architecting, building and securing systems at scale. She has designed and operated in real-time over the top streaming ecosystems that power live sports, gaming, and entertainment. She’s also worked in biomedical manufacturing and laboratory diagnostics, healthcare tech and robotics in agriculture.

Jo Stewart-Rattray

Oceania Ambassador, ISACA

Jo has over 25 years’ experience in the security industry. She consults in risk and technology issues with a particular emphasis on governance and IT security in businesses as a Director with BRM Advisory. She regularly provides strategic advice and consulting to the banking and finance, utilities, healthcare, manufacturing, tertiary education, retail, and government sectors.

Ron Lear

Vice President, Frameworks and Models, ISACA

As ISACA’s Vice President of Frameworks and Models, Ron brings over 35 years of experience with building capability and continually improving performance in product development, engineering, service operations, cybersecurity, supply chain, data, and quality management. As the Chief Architect of CMMI, Ron led the development and launch of the CMMI V2.0/3.0 Product Suite, including the ISACA MDDAP FDA Case for Quality VIP program. He and his team currently manage all ISACA’s frameworks, including CMMI, COBIT, CCP, and DTEF. Ron is also an ISO 9000 Lead Auditor, and member of the ISO US TC176 and CMMC advisor and Provisional Assessor.

Pascal is an internationally recognised expert on best practice improvement frameworks and the application of these to achieve tangible and enduring business results. With more than two decades of experience assisting organisation with business improvement, Pascal has been providing services to a diverse client base in Australia and across the globe, including: Australian and international government departments and agencies; defence and aerospace companies; banking and finance institutions; telecommunication companies; and energy providers.

Pascal is a Certified High Maturity CMMI Lead Appraiser and Instructor, providing services under his company Benchmarked and advanced training and assessment services on behalf of ISACA.

Mary Carmichael

Vice President ISACA Vancouver and Director, Strategy, Risk and Compliance Advisory at Momentum Technology

Mary Carmichael is a risk management consultant with a career spanning over 15 years. She specialises in providing risk advisory services on diverse issues, including internal controls design, benefit realisation, IT governance and emerging risk assessments. Mary has worked with a wide range of clients across various sectors, including higher education, utilities, government, and energy.

Her extensive knowledge and experience have earned her a position on the ISACA Global Risk Advisory committee and Emerging Trends working group, where she focuses on Generative AI and its implications for control functions such as compliance and risk management. In addition to her work with ISACA, Mary serves as Vice President of ISACA Vancouver Chapter and has authored two ISACA white papers: “Using Risk Tolerance for Enterprise Strategy” and “Incorporating Risk Management in Agile Projects.” Mary is a certified CRISC, CISA, CPA, and CSM professional.

Goh Ser Yoong

ISACA Emerging Trends Working Group and Head of Compliance, Advance.AI

Ser Yoong is a seasoned technology professional who has held various roles with multinational corporations, consulting and also SMEs from various industries. He is recognised as a subject matter expert in the areas of cybersecurity, audit, risk and compliance from his working experience, having held various certifications and was also recognised as one of the Top 30 CSOs in 2021 from IDG.

As part of volunteering and giving back to society, Ser Yoong serves as board members in various local non-profit associations such as ISACA and Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) as well as a team member in various global ISACA working groups. He has spoken in multiple conferences and forums on various startup and technical topics such as cybersecurity and cloud computing as well as workshops for local government agencies. Aside from serving in local and regional mentoring programs, he has also been invited as guest lecturer for industry sharing with various educational institutions.
