Every opportunity to do work for a client is an opportunity to learn how to deliver best practice designs and technology to satisfy a clients needs. As much as I love working with advanced technology like Machine Learning and the abundant offerings within Azure cloud services, I find the most significant contribution that clients require is excellent T-SQL scripting. The biggest bang for buck that can be achieved for clients, is quite often tuning their T-SQL objects, but on top of that, there are structural changes that are simple to apply for a significant increases in performance.
