Jill Dewey is the co-founder of ESpy Ocean, with her husband Ian. Ian is a Physical Oceanographer and programmer, Jill a geographical ecologist. From the humble beginnings of a single request for a better Target Identification report, E Spy Ocean is now solving identification and analysis problems in seas and oceans across the globe.
