He is Internationally recognised as an expert in Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS); including the USA’s Global Positioning System (GPS). He has 40+ years experience in GNSS and Land Surveying covering research and development, technical implementation, policy and business development. He is also an Honorary Fellow of the Geospatial Council of Australia.
