Roy Wong

Executive Chairman

Roy Wong is the Executive Director and co-founder of DC Alliance. He is responsible for
overseeing the overall business development of the company and formulating the company’s
strategic direction and expansion plans.

Roy started out his career in the Regional Equity Markets Division of Merrill Lynch (Singapore) and
progressed on to its Private Wealth Management division. Thereafter, he co-founded Archer
Capital Pte Ltd and served as its Executive Director, a company that provides business and
management consultancy services. Since 2005, Roy has been successfully managing his personal
investments and has been involved in private businesses, start-ups and pre-IPO companies in
various sectors and countries.
