Dr. Shiro Armstrong is an Associate Professor at the Crawford School of Public Policy, Australian National University, where he received his Ph.D. in Economics in 2009. He also serves as the Director of the Australia-Japan Research Centre, Director of the East Asian Bureau of Economic Research and the Editor of East Asia Forum Quarterly and East Asia Forum Online.
