Tim has significant experience as a senior executive in technology businesses and in bringing new technologies and business models to market.

He has experience in business strategy, innovation, start-ups, capital raisings, corporate governance, corporate and commercial law, and intellectual property transactions. He has been involved in commercial and legal transactions in Australia, US, Canada, EU, and Singapore.

He has extensive in-house legal experience, including corporate compliance, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, intellectual property strategy and agreements and employment issues.

Tim holds a Masters degree in law and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has extensive experience as a company secretary.

Tim is a Past President of the Licensing Executives Society (ANZ) – the world’s premier body for innovation and commercialisation professionals. He is an accredited Trainer for the LESANZ Intellectual Asset Management course.
