Interim CISO | FAISA | GAICD | Podcast Host
As the Director of The Security Collective, I am focussed on helping CIO’s have the confidence that their organisation is cyber safe. Through interim security leadership and boardroom support, I reduce cyber risk for CIO’s, organisations and cyber security leaders.
Over my career, I have gained experience in the establishment of trusted teams throughout Australia and Asia including Hong Kong, China and India. With work experience spanning critical infrastructure cyber security to online and ecommerce security teams, my ongoing focus has been to bring together like minded people across organisations to establish security as a way of working.
Through leading teams in Corporate Security, Online Trust and Safety and Cyber Security, I have worked closely with industry peers and law enforcement regarding both cyber and traditional crime and provided expertise and strategies needed for secure business outcomes. I have a Bachelors Degree in Police Studies, Post-Graduate studies in e-Crime Investigation and executive coaching qualifications. My key interest areas are in growing and coaching information security leaders and helping businesses to establish exceptional information security practices. In 2019, I was named a Fellow of the Australian Information Security Association (FAISA) and graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
I welcome your connection if you are keen to know more about cyber security leadership, need coaching or support in speaking about cyber to your board.
