Christopher Chai from Hackuity, a sponsor and exhibitor at the Ransomware Resilience 2026 conference in Kuala Lumpur, discussed his role in helping customers optimise their vulnerability management workflows to reduce attack surfaces.

Hackuity, based in Singapore but originating from France, has grown from a three-person team to over 50 employees globally. The company’s tool, used in security operation centers, automates the entire vulnerability management life cycle, from detection to remediation.

Christopher emphasised the importance of addressing unpatched systems to prevent ransomware attacks and highlighted the ongoing process of implementing and enhancing the framework.
