Frederico Spengler, Business Development Manager from Deloitte’s Center for the Edge in Southeast Asia discusses Deloitte’s efforts to build its space practice in the region, drawing on the firm’s global experience and network of more than 600 practitioners.

In this interview, he shares how Deloitte is applying its capabilities across cybersecurity and space technology, including the launch of three satellites, the most recent in March 2026, and the development of Deloitte Silent Shield for onboard cybersecurity systems.

Frederico also speaks about Deloitte’s role as sponsor of the Southeast Asia Pavilion at Global Space Technology Convention & Exhibition (GSTCE) 2026, and why public-private partnerships are critical to advancing the space sector and unlocking applications across industries in Southeast Asia.
