Luke Taylor, CEO of New Zealand–based managed security provider SSS, joins us on the sidelines of Canalys APAC Forum 2025, held in Da Nang, Vietnam to discuss the company’s sharp focus on identity, access, PKI and privileged access management. He outlines how SSS is building capability through its automated SOC in Wellington, its partnership with CyberArk for PAM, and a new internship program designed to grow the next generation of analysts. Taylor also details their recent collaboration with Sectigo to strengthen certificate lifecycle management as organisations prepare for short-lived certificates from March 2026. He stresses the value of local, automated SOC operations over offshore models and the need for continuous investment in AI and cryptography to stay ahead of emerging cyber threats.
