We speak with Natasha Passley, ISACA Sydney Board Director and She Leads Tech representative, at the 50th ISACA Sydney Chapter Conference.
Natasha discusses the mission of She Leads Tech in driving gender and broader diversity across ISACA and the tech sector. She also offers key insights from her panel on fairness in AI – including how biased datasets and non-diverse design teams can reinforce systemic bias, why diverse voices (especially women in leadership and decision-making roles) are critical to achieving more fair, trustworthy AI systems and the ongoing gaps between diversity policies and real-world implementation in tech sectors.
SheLeadsTech initiatives include planned in-person events, including collaboration with AWSN to grow and support female cohorts in cybersecurity and technology.
If you’re interested in AI governance, diversity in cybersecurity, and women in tech leadership, this conversation provides timely insights from the ISACA Sydney community.
