Geospatial information and technology are key enablers to ensure cities are safe, sustainable and smart. A large amount of geospatial information is captured from space utilising space-based technologies such as Earth Observation satellites and Global Navigation Satellite Systems.

Speaking at GSTC 2024, Dr Sugita has expertise in Earth Observation Programs, partnership with industry and international cooperation for Earth Observation Missions – EarthCARE, ALOS-4 and GOSAT-GW schedule to launch in JFY2024.
